- Which devices can print?
- iPhone, iPad, Mac, and PC. No app. The Zebra ZP450 is verified. The other printers on the compatibility list are still in testing.
- Do I need an app?
- No. There is no app to install.
- Is there a subscription?
- No subscription.
- Does Ethernet work?
- Yes. Join Wi-Fi, or plug in Ethernet.
- Can more than one computer print to it?
- Yes. More than one computer on your network can print to the same printer.
- What label sizes work?
- 4x6 thermal shipping labels. TODO(copy): other sizes are not confirmed yet.
- What is the return policy?
- US orders can be returned within 30 days. Shipping and returns has the rest of the policy.
- When does it ship?
- Ships within ~6 weeks. This is a preorder. If we miss that window, you can have a refund.
