Zebra ZP 450

Desktop ZPL shipping printer, commonly 203 dpi and about 4 inches wide.

The ZP 450 is a desktop shipping printer that speaks ZPL. The usual head is 203 dpi with a printable width a little over 4 inches, about 832 dots. People use it for 4 by 6 inch carrier labels. Gap tracking, tear-off, and a darkness somewhere in the middle of 0 to 30 are the setup that matches that job. A 300 dpi variant exists in the family. Do not assume 203 until identification or the resolution key says so. This profile marks that uncertainty with verified false. Product ids are intentionally empty. Filter USB by vendor 0x0A5F and then confirm the model string.

This profile is a starting point. Dpi, top speed, and USB product id were not confirmed on hardware in this toolkit. Read the printer's own configuration label before you rely on the numbers.
